Wanda Sue Bullins, 64, of Madison, passed away on Monday, January 1, 2024, at Life Brite Nursing Home.
A 2:00 p.m. funeral service will be held on Friday, January 5, 2024, at Ray Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Vaughn and Rev. Tommy Mabe officiating. Burial will follow at Wilson Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening. January 4, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Wanda was born in Rockingham County on April 18, 1959, to the late James “Dank” and Edna Shirlene Bullins. Wanda was a member of Crossroads Of Life Ministries in Walnut Cove. She was a very special girl, with the prettiest blue eyes, who brought joy to everyone she met. Wanda loved her baby dolls more than anything.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kelsie and Mattie Bullins and Rolland and Annie Bullins.
Those left to cherish her memory are her brother, James Michael Bullins of the home; her special aunt, Bessie Mae Shemo; her special cousins, Rhonda Martin and Donna Bullins; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family would like to thank the staff at Life Brite for all the love and care given to Wanda.
