Obituary: ROBERT LEE BARHAM, JR

Robert Lee Barham, Jr. “Chigger”, 77, died on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Annie Penn Hospital.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 24, 2024 in the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends beginning at 1 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.

Mr. Barham was born on December 17, 1946 in Rockingham County and was raised in Guilford County. He worked for Yates Construction and C.J. Trucking.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Lee Barham, Sr. and Hattie Everett Barham and daughter, Cindy Barham.

Survivors include his wife, Victoria Barham; granddaughters, Rebecca Hatton (Wesley), Rachel Harrington (Devyn) and Taylor Welborn; great-grandchildren, Weslyn Harrington, Ruby Marie Harrington and Aurora Rae Harrington.

The family wishes to thank Ancora Compassionate Care, formerly Hospice of Rockingham County and Annie Penn Hospital for their attentive and loving care.
