Harry Lee “Stretch” Strong, Jr., age 31, departed this life on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
He was a native of Rockingham County, North Carolina and a resident of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the past eight months. Attending the local public schools, he enjoyed horseback riding and fishing.
His brother, Antonio Jeral Strong; maternal grandmother, Belva Strong, preceded him in death.
Survivors are: beloved mother, Portia Strong (Otis); brother, Jawanza Mims (Amber); uncles, Lee and Leo Strong; other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held privately.
His remains are in the care of Johnson & Sons.
