Danny Bruce Lewis, 75, of Stoneville passed away on Tuesday evening, July 19, 2022, at his residence.
There will be no formal service at this time.
Danny was born in Leaksville (now Eden) on April 26, 1947, a son of David William Lewis and Betty Talbert Lewis, both deceased. He worked in management for Fieldcrest Mills in Eden and Black Cadillac in Greensboro. He was an avid outdoorsman and sports enthusiast. He was normally found on the golf course or somewhere playing cards.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his nephew, Mark Anthony Chandler.
He is survived by his wife, Jean Dabbs Lewis; his daughters, Danielle McGee Lotito and husband, Marty of Franklin, TN and Dr. Leesa Ann Dabbs of Eden; his son, Dr. John Dabbs and wife, Dr. Debbie Dabbs of Eden; his brother, Randy Lewis of Greensboro; his sisters, Sarah Ann Chandler and husband, Tony of Stoneville and Patricia Smith of Greensboro; his grandchildren, Will Dabbs, Tyler Dabbs, Lakyn Lotito and Landon Lotito; his nephew, David W. Lewis and wife, Lydia (and his stepsons, Taylor Wright and Conner Wright) and great niece, Claire Lewis.
